Because every cat should be a happy cat

Here at Cat Happy, we do what we can to rescue, foster and find loving homes for orphaned kittens and cats...please share this page.  Every cat is unique and special, and love brings out the best in them all.  These cats/kittens are located in the Houston, TX area.

Click here to see Rescued Cats available in Houston, TX 77072 (Beechnut/Dairy Ashford)  and contact their foster mom, Amy Rose if you are interested in adopting any of them.

The following cats were rescued by a wonderful lady who wants very much for them to have loving homes.  If you can help, please contact her -  Jan May at (713) 541-5238 or email Jan at janmay1009@yahoo.com.

              Jan has beautiful kittens...

And this is Vincent (sorry we don't have a better picture right now - we're working on that)

Vincent is a wonderful tuxedo boy that lived on his own for a several years in a condo complex.  He is FIV positive and has been living in a roomy cage inside a room (so that he won't get outside) where other foster kitties run and play.  He gets lots of attention and feels happy to be with the others.  Vincent is a sweet and affectionate kitty, and he would love a home of his own that is gentle and kind.

               Charlie and Baby

Charlie is a BIG sweet tabby boy, probably just over a year who is  a very affectionate and loves  to snuggle.  For Charlie its all about cuddles and purrs!  His favorite friend is Baby who adores her "Uncle Charlie".

Baby is about four months old now and is also a sweetie.  She is a black and white tuxedo short hair.  Both are looking forward to their purrfect forever homes, together or on their own.

              Chelsea

Chelsea is a kitty who has a gift for being loving and nuturing and sees to it that every one has a warm smooch and a loving smile every day, human and kitty alike.  She has a quiet way about her and a funny sense of play.  She has been fostered with a Mom kitty and babies and another auntie and uncle kitty and gets along well with all of them.  She is a beauty and has a heart to match.  She is ready for her own family to love.

              Pixie

Pixie is a lovely, sleek, black kitty about one year old.  This is a very bright, engaging, funny girl who has just a bit of mischief to make you laugh every day.  She gets along well with her foster siblings and loves her human friends.  Her ear was tipped because she happened to show up on a "feral cat round up" tho she has always been a doll and is perfectly tame.  Loves PBS animal shows.  She is adorable and original and awaiting her forever home.

              Lilly

Lilly is a beautiful mackerel tabby with bright, lime-green eyes.  Her stay here began as a very shy kitty and she has become a sweet and loving lady who would like a quiet and peaceful home.  She enjoys observing and just being near by and is grateful for every gentle pet and word.  She likes her foster siblings and is very well mannered.

              Max

Max is a kitty who showed up very hungry and was so shocked to see a bowl of food in front of him that he would hyperventilate for several minutes before he could eat.  He seemed AMAZED at every act of kindness and was openly thrilled at such great fortune.  From being a little "ruffian feral" he became a sweet, funny boy who will follow you around like a little dog.

Max is a very endearing little guy, who loves to jump up into your lap and rolls with delight when being petted. He likes an occasional supervised romp outside and enjoys a morning walk with you.  Very conscious of wanting to please.  Likes his foster friends.  Max is neutered, tested and has had rabies shots.

Again, if you'd like to meet any of the sweet cats pictured above, contact their foster mom, Jan May at (713) 541-5238 or email Jan at janmay1009@yahoo.com.

Our friends at Happy Cat Adoptions also have many cats and kittens ready for adoption.  They are also in the Houston area.  We encourage you to visit their web site and meet the special rescued cats and kittens they have available.
